Our job is to insure that the client understands every item as it appears in the final report. We are here to help by utilizing current technology, providing a superior service, following strict InterNACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Conduct while offering multiple services: Radon, Mold, Thermal Imaging, Moisture Intrusion, Energy Audit, and Evaluation. Because we work directly for the client, the majority of our business is from client referrals and real estate agent recommendations.
Our final residential report includes photos, unbiased professional opinion of condition and recommendations for repair or maintenance. For future reference, we also include both: Basic Home Systems: How to Operate Your Home,” a Mr. Fix It Press booklet featuring Tom Feiza, Mr. FIX It, as well as an InterNACHI book , Now That You’ve Had a Home Inspection: Learn How Your Home Works, Keep It Maintained and Save Energy,” to help you answer future questions concerning: property drainage, external/ internal structure, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems (HVAC), seasonal checklists, proper insulation, private wells, and septic systems making your home more energy efficient.
